About Us

The Birthplace at CaroMont Regional Medical Center provides family-centered care for every stage of your birth experience. The Birthplace features 52 labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum (LDRP) rooms, three C-section operating suites and a 16-bed single-room Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Families can also enjoy a dining area, a children's play area and a family resource center.

Beyond labor and delivery, The Birthplace offers lactation consulting and physical therapy for pelvic floor disorders, along with tours and classes for moms, dads and siblings-to-be.
