Sunny Severence, MAN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience specializing in family medicine and providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions. She has extensive experience in obesity medicine, including the management of patients with complex comorbidities such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Most recently, she worked in palliative medicine as a heart failure liaison, supporting patients with advanced heart disease and helping coordinate individualized, patient-centered care. Her diverse clinical background allows her to provide compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
