About Me
Within her practice, Crystal Maddox, MD, MPH, FAAFP, cares for diverse individuals of all ages. From a large Spanish-speaking population, to children and adults with developmental disabilities, to patients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, her patient population is very diverse. When she's not working in Family Medicine, Dr. Maddox sees patients within a local skilled nursing facility.

Dr. Maddox is incredible! She's a great listener. She's enthusiastic in her interest to solve the issue in the most effective manner with the least risk. She helped me to prioritize my most pressing concerns to find the best treatment plan going forward and encouraged me to voice changes going forward...that there were more options if anything wasn't working or if priorities changed.
